William F. Danner
 William F. Danner “Reds”, 73, of Mertztown, died Wednesday, September 30, 2009 in the in-patient hospice unit of Lehigh Valley Hospital. He was the companion of Marianna (Hoppes) Strunk.
Born in Ironton, PA, he was a son of the late William H. Danner and Anna (Pickel) Danner Butcher. He worked at Lehigh Country Club, Allentown, last working in September 2009. He also ran the Blue Room Bingo Hall in Allentown. He and Marianna enjoyed bingo, going to the casinos and he especially loved working at the country club. He will be missed by his family and friends and also Marianna’s children and grandchildren.
He is survived by Companion, Daughter, Angela (Danner) Stanks; Sons, Michael, Christopher, William Jr., Ronald, Scott and Brian Danner; Sister, Catherine (Danner) Bourne and his former wife Shirley Danner. He is also survived by 12 Grandchildren. He was pre-deceased by a Son, Jeffrey A. Danner and 2 Sisters.
Graveside Services are Monday, October 5, 2009 at 11:00 AM in Longswamp Union Cemetery, Mertztown, PA. Family and friends may call Monday from 9:30 to 10:30 AM in Ludwick Funeral Home, 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown, PA.
