Webster H. Diehl

Webster H. Diehl, 92, of Kern Drive, Topton, died Friday, November 10, 2006, in the Henry Health Care Center on the campus of The Lutheran Home at Topton where he was a patient since August 20, 2003. He was the husband of Lillian K. (Kehm) Diehl. They were married July 12, 1986. His first wife was Arlene N. (Rothermel) Diehl who died October 13, 1984.

Born in Hereford Township, Berks County, PA, he was a son of the late Howard H. and Maryann T. (Hoch) Diehl. He was a laborer at the former Bethlehem Steel, Bethlehem from 1946 to 1976. He was a US Army veteran of WWII where he served in the 10th Mountain Division. He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Topton.

He is survived by Wife, Step Sons, Dr. Kerry L. Moyer, Mechanicsburg, PA, Frederick W. Moyer, Pennsburg; Sisters, Doris A. (Diehl) Lesher, Palm, PA, Sarann L. (Diehl) Smith, San Antonio, TX; Brothers, Lloyd E. Diehl, Macungie, Marvin A. Diehl, Trexlertown, PA, Dale A. Diehl, Wescosville, PA; 4 Step Grandchildren.

Funeral Services are Tuesday, November 14, 2006, at 2:00 PM from Ludwick Funeral Home, 25 East Weis Street, Topton. Interment with Military Honors in Lehigh Zion Cemetery, Alburtis. Friends may call Tuesday from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Topton, PA.
