Thomas R. Luckenbill

Thomas R. Luckenbill, 53, of South Fifth Street, Womelsdorf, PA, died Wednesday, December 8, 2004, in Reading Hospital and Medical Center, West Reading, where he had been a patient since December 6th. He was the husband of Wendy L. (Wissler) Luckenbill. They were married 26 years last February 20th.

Born in West Reading, PA, he was the son of the late Robert D. and the late Elsie Betty (Kline) Luckenbill. He was a welder for 28 years for Carl M. Weber Steel Services, Kutztown, last working on October 25th. He was a US Army veteran of the Vietnam era. He was a member of the Lehigh Valley Amateur Astronomical Society, the Berks Peace Community, the Carpenter’s Union #600, and the BMW Motorcycle Owners of America Club.

He is survived by Wife, Sons, Samuel H. Luckenbill, Haven A. Luckenbill, at home; Brothers, Christopher D. Luckenbill, Glendale, AZ, William H. Luckenbill, Reading; Sister, Laurie A. Luckenbill, Colora, MD.

Memorial Services are Saturday, December 11, 2004, at 1:00 PM followed by a gathering from the First Unitarian Universalist Church of Berks County, 416 Franklin Street, Reading. Private interment at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Topton, PA.
