Thelma M. Moyer
Thelma M. Moyer, 90, of Franklin Street, Alburtis, died Saturday, July 12, 2008 in the in-patient hospice unit of Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown. She was the widow of John S. Moyer who died December 3, 1982.
Born in Topton, she was a daughter of the late William J. and Virgie (Kline) Behringer. She was a member of Church of the Good Shepherd United Church of Christ, Alburtis. Mrs. Moyer was employed for over 25 years as a cook by the East Penn School District, Alburtis.
She is survived by Daughter, Kay I (Moyer) wife of Robert F. Good, Emmaus; Sons, Barry L. husband of Nancy J. (Roeber) Moyer, Snydersville, Monroe County, Bill W. husband of Jane M. (McGinniss) Moyer, Macungie; 9 Grandchildren; 9 Great Grandchildren.
Services are private at the convenience of the family. Interment in Zion Lehigh Union Cemetery, Alburtis.
The family requests contributions to the memorial fund of Church of the Good Shepherd United Church of Christ, 135 Quarry Road, Alburtis, PA 18011. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
