Rodger A. Geisinger, Sr.
Rodger A. Geisinger, Sr., 67, of Old Route 22, Kutztown (Greenwich Twp.), died Thursday, December 15, 2005, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Twp., where he was a patient since December 10th. He was the husband of Sharon M. (Schaner) Geinger and the late Shirley R. (Hilbert) Geisinger who died January 13, 1992.
Born in Kutztown, PA, he was the son of the late Paul R. and Lillian (Hess) Geisinger. He was an inspector at the former PA Steel Foundry, Hamburg for 33 years retiring in 1997. He was a member of Mount Zion Lutheran Church, Krumsville.
He is survived by Wife, Daughter, Dena-Marie (Geisinger) Bruno of Lenhartsville; Step Daughter, Regina M. (Lash) Stump, Dryville; Sons, Rodger A. Geisinger Jr. of Kutztown, Randy S. Geisinger of Fleetwood, Rodney L. Geisinger of Shoemakersville, Robbie J. Geisinger Sr. of Bowers; Step Sons, Rodney L. Lash, Blandon, Rodger L. Lash, Shartlesville, Ronald G. Lash, Kutztown, Ralph J. Lash, Hamburg; Half Sister, Romane A. (Godfrey) Krick of Fleetwood; 9 Grandchildren, 4 Great Grandchildren, 14 Step Grandchildren.
Graveside Memorial Service will be private in Berks County Memorial Gardens, Fleetwood. Friends may call Monday, 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM in the Ludwick Funeral Home 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown.
The family requests contributions be made to the American Lung Association, 2121 City Line Road, Bethlehem, PA 18017-2100. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
