Marilyn A. Bortz
 Marilyn A. Bortz, 73, of Lake Wallenpaupack, Palmyra Township, PA died Monday, October 5, 2009 in the in-patient hospice unit of Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown, PA. She was the wife of Douglas K. Bortz. They were married 53 years.
Born in Allentown, PA, she was a daughter of the late Harry E. and Hilda E. (Weber) Moyer. Mrs. Bortz was employed as a key punch operator for Mack Trucks, Inc., Allentown, for 28 years retiring in 1991.
She is survived by Husband. Daughter, Donna M. (Bortz) husband of Robert E. Lehr, Jr., Zionsville; Son, Douglas K. Jr., husband of Kimberlie L. (Longenbach) Bortz, Kutztown; Sister, Dorothy M., widow of Richard P. Kehnel, Allentown. There are 6 Grandchildren, Jeffrey R. and Matthew R. Lehr, Brittany L., Andrew D., Kelsie A., and Jack A. Bortz.
Memorial Services are Friday, October 9, 2009, at 11:00 AM in Faith Evangelical Free Church, 6528 Hamilton Blvd., Allentown, PA. Family and friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 AM in the church.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made to Lehigh Valley Hospice, 2166 South 12th Street, Allentown, PA 18103 or American Cancer Society, 3893 Alder Place, Bethlehem, PA 18017. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
