LeRoy E. Fox
LeRoy E. Fox, 85, of Mertztown, died Wednesday, February 11, 2009 in the Good Shepherd Specialty Hospital, Lehigh Valley Hospital Muhlenberg Campus, Bethlehem. He was the husband of the late Joyce A. (Brensinger) Fox who died on July 5, 2003.
Born in Longswamp Township, Berks County, he was a son of the late Edwin and Jennie (Bieber) Fox. He was a machine operator at SCI, Boyertown, for 20 years retiring in 1993; prior to that he was a home route delivery driver for Longacre Dairy, Bally, for 12 years.
He is survived by Sons, Timothy L. husband of Elaine A. (Kashner), Mount Carmel, Northumberland County, and David E. Fox, Mertztown; Grandchildren, Angelica N. (Fox) wife of Jeffrey Ratzlaff, Timothy L. husband of Joy (Brown) Kashner, John E. husband of Melissa (Schweikart) Fox, Jennifer A. Fox, Andrew D. Fox and Steven M. Fox. There are also Great Grandchildren, Ethan Ratzlaff, Alaina Ratzlaff, Josiah Ratzlaff, Chloe Fox and Alexander Fox. He was predeceased by Sister, Evelyn (Fox) Minnich.
Funeral Services are Monday, February 16, 2009 at 11:00 AM in the Ludwick Funeral Home, 25 East Weis Street, Topton. Interment in Longswamp Union Cemetery, Mertztown. Friends may call Monday from 10:00 to 11:00 AM. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Topton, PA.
