Geraldine F. Schmoyer
Geraldine F. Schmoyer, 79, of Kutztown, formerly of Mertztown, died Thursday, November 22, 2007 in the in-patient hospice unit of Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown. She was the widow of Edwin H. Schmoyer who died April 23, 1995.
Born in Alburtis, she was a daughter of the late Robert H. and Minnie M. (Conrad) Shoemaker Cole. She owned and operated The Nature Den, now Second Nature, Kutztown from 1981 to 1989. She was a member of Longswamp United Church of Christ, Mertztown.
She is survived by Daughter, Patricia A. (Schmoyer) Geist, Topton; Sons, Edwin H. Schmoyer, Jr., Bechtelsville, Donald R. Schmoyer, Venice, Fla, Thomas M. Schmoyer, Mertztown, Timothy F. Schmoyer, Broadway, VA. She is also survived by Sisters, Fern J. (Shoemaker) Smith, Macungie, Nancy M. (Shoemaker) Kozak, Florida; Brothers, Clyde Shoemaker, Delaware, and Ronald Shoemaker, Macungie; 9 Grandchildren;13 Great Grandchildren.
Funeral Services are Tuesday, November 27, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. from Ludwick Funeral Home, 25 East Weis Street, Topton. Interment in Longwamp Union Cemetery, Mertztown. Friends may call Tuesday, 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
