Gene Miller
Gene Miller, 69, of Kutztown Road, Kutztown (Maxatawny Township), died Tuesday, January 17, 2006, in Liberty Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Allentown, where he had been a resident since January 9th. He was the husband of Janice M. (Berger) Miller. They were married on July 22, 1977.
Born in Rockland Township, Berks County, PA, he was the son of the late Lawrence H. and the late Florence E. (Eckert) Miller. He was a laborer at the former Caloric Corporation, Topton, from 1972 until his retirement in 1988; prior to that he was a laborer at the Kutztown Foundry, Kutztown, for 18 years. He was a US Army Veteran.
He is survived by Wife, Sister, Gladys F. (Miller) Hertzog, Kutztown; Brother, Harold W. Miller, Fleetwood.
Funeral Services are Friday, January 20, 2006, at 2:00 PM in the Ludwick Funeral Home, 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown. Interment with Military Honors in New Jerusalem Union Cemetery, Fleetwood. Friends may call Friday from 1:00 to 2:00 PM.
The family requests contributions to the American Lung Association of Lehigh County, 2121 City Line Road, Bethlehem, PA 18017. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
