Elizabeth M. Fisher
Elizabeth M. Fisher, 58, of Topton, died on her birthday, Friday, April 10, 2009 in the In-Patient Hospice Unit of Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown, where she was a patient since Tuesday. She was the wife of Lynn N. Fisher. They were married May 15, 1976.
Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Irene Mayer. She was a member of Saint Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, Kutztown, where she was active with music ministry. Mrs. Fisher was employed as secretary of the Music Department of Kutztown University over twelve years, last working in 2002. She was a 1969 graduate of Central Catholic High School, Reading.
She is survived by Husband; Sons, Mark C. husband of Amiee (Anderson) Fisher, York, PA and Scott N. Fisher, Reading.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, April 14, 2009, at 10:00 AM from Saint Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, 14833 Kutztown Road, Kutztown. Inurnment will private at the convenience of the family in Resurrection Cemetery, Allentown. Friends may call Monday, 7:00 to 8:30 PM at Ludwick Funeral Home, 25 East Weis Street, Topton.
The family requests contributions be made to the memorial fund of Saint Mary’s Roman Catholic Church, 19530. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Topton, PA.
