Donald R. Dry
Donald R. Dry, 80, of East Walnut Street, Kutztown, died Friday, May 8, 2009 in the Inpatient Unit of Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown. He was the husband of Frona S. E. (Mertz) Dry whom he married November 3, 1956.
Born in Richmond Township, PA, he was a son of the late Sylvester C. and Verla E. (Gruber) Dry. He was a US Army veteran of the Korean War. Mr. Dry was employed as a printer for the Reading Eagle for thirty-five years, retiring in 1984. He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Kutztown.
He is survived by Wife, Sons, Randolph M., husband of Judianne N. (Thomas) Dry, Winter Haven, FL; Daniel C., husband of Sandra (Heckman) Dry, Lenhartsville, David W. Dry, Dallas, TX; Daughter, Judy L. Dry, Kutztown; Sister, Doris C., (Dry) wife of Sal Grisanti, Buffalo, NY. He is also survived by 4 Grandchildren, Brittany, wife of Nicholas Coulter, Meagan, Jordan and Alexander Dry.
Graveside Services are at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
