Donald A. Derr
Donald A. Derr, 46, of West Main Street, Fleetwood, Borough, died Sunday, November 21, 2004, in the family residence. He was the husband of Teresa L. (Gentile) Derr. They were married July 21, 1997.
Born in Allentown, PA, he was a son of the late Leon W. and the late Lillian R. (O’Neil) Derr. He was employed as a shift supervisor by Mente Autoplex, Kutztown, in the auto reconditioning department for 2 ½ years, last working in April 2004. He was a member of Praise Fellowship Church, Reading (Muhlenburg Twp.).
He is survived by Wife, Step Daughters, Monica A. Kern, Reading, Alyssa M. Gilner, Fleetwood; Brothers, Dennis L. Derr, Kutztown, Terry L. Derr, Windsor Castle, Dale G. Derr, Sinking Spring, Dean R. Derr, Kutztown, Neal R. Derr, Kempton; Half Brothers, Lynn Derr, Trexlertown, David C. O’Neil; Twin Sister, Debbie A. Derr, Allentown; Half Sister Linda (Derr) Boyer, Mertztown. He was predeceased by a brother, Jay A. “Chubby” Derr.
Funeral Services are Friday, November 26, 2004, 11:00 AM from Ludwick Funeral Home, 333 Greenwich Street, Kutztown. Interment in Hope Cemetery, (Rockland Twp.) Fleetwood. Friends may call Friday, 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the funeral home.
The family requests contributions be made to Covenant Home Health Care – Hospice, 2615 Perkiomen Avenue, Reading, 19606. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Kutztown, PA.
