Bernice E. Angstadt
Bernice E. Angstadt, 79, of Greenhills Assisted Living Center, Reading, formerly of Kutztown and Topton, died October 31, 2003, in Reading Hospital and Medical Center, West Reading.
Born in Maxatawny Township, Berks County, she was a daughter of the late Harry E. and Stella L. (Deisher) Miller She was a shoe cleaner for the former Wenton Shoe Co., Kutztown, before retiring. Previously, she was a sewing machine operator for the former Deisher Knitting Mill, Kutztown, for two years and an examiner and tester for the former Dohler Diecasting Co., Pottstown, Montgomery County, 1942-45.
She is survived by Sons, Thomas W. of Eugene, Ore., Richard T. of Kutztown, Glenn D. of South Heidelberg Township, Berks County; Brother, Harry F. of Kutztown; a Grandson. She was predeceased by a Daughter, Jane Louise Angstadt.
Graveside Services Monday, November 3, 2003, at 1:30 PM in Fairview Cemetery, (Maxatawny Twp.) Kutztown. Interment in Fairview Cemetery (Maxatawny Twp.), Kutztown. There are no calling hours. Arrangements are by the Ludwick Funeral Home, Topton, PA.
